Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4  business days. 

 

We normally ship within 3-4 business days all over India. In case of high volume of orders, please expect a delay in the processing and shipping of the orders. We will serve you at the earliest as possible. We are happy to serve you.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery costs INR 70 and we tend to provide Free Delivery on order over INR 999

*Order placed before 12 PM can only be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped next day.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will send the shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Rishabh Industries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Rishabh Industries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India.

Returns Policy

You may request returns for the items you buy from us.

Items are returnable if you have received them in a condition that is physically damaged, defective, or different from its description on the product detail page on Shapenotebooks.com.

 

How to return items?

Following are the return guidelines:

1.     Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.

2.     If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.

3.     Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Rishabh Industries Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or Net Banking.

When will I get my refund?

Once the returned items are received, the refund will be processed within 3-5 Business Days.
